For Agglomix, we’re looking for a Pre Preparation Worker to join their production team in the Netherlands. Your main job? Mixing the right powders in the right amounts to create the perfect blend — every single time. It’s not complicated, but it does require focus, consistency, and someone who actually cares about doing the job well.

Pre-preparation Worker

What will you do?

You'll be at the start of our production process — which means you set the standard for everything that follows. Working from precise recipes, you'll mix and prepare powder blends, making sure every batch is weighed and combined correctly before it moves down the line.

Day to day that means:

Mixing and weighing powders according to detailed production recipes
Picking the correct raw materials from storage
Handling bags from 0.5 kg up to 25 kg
Building and preparing pallets for the production line
Checking your own work — because we trust the people on our floor to own their output

One wrong measurement affects the entire batch. We're not saying that to scare you — we're saying it because we respect the role enough to be upfront about it.

Who you are

We don’t need someone who’s done this exact job before. We need someone who understands what it means to be precise, consistent, and reliable

You should have:

Experience in order picking or a similar warehouse or production environment
A valid forklift certificate — this is a must
A reach truck certificate is a welcome bonus
The physical fitness to handle repetitive lifting up to 25 kg
A mindset that’s in it for the long term — we invest in our people and we expect the same in return

Where will you work

You will work for a company in Tilburg which is a specialist in the field of powder technology. They make a powder which is used in food (baby, sports, cacao) and the pharmaceutical sector. By taking this job, you are the one who ensured, that people can continue to enjoy the products!
