You will work on various projects involving facade cleaning, maintenance and renovation. Every project and location is different. If you already have experience in facade renovation, you can get started right away. If you do not yet have all the required certificates but have relevant work experience and the right motivation, we would still like to hear from you.

What will you do?

As a Facade Specialist, you will work at different locations on the maintenance, cleaning and renovation of building facades.

Your responsibilities will include:

Removing and cutting out existing jointing
Cleaning facades, including the use of high-pressure cleaning equipment
Carrying out minor joint repairs
Repairing and renewing jointing
Installing and repairing lead flashing
Carrying out minor brickwork repairs

Working at heights and at various project locations.This is a practical and varied position in which craftsmanship is important. Together with your colleagues, you make sure that buildings and facades are professionally restored and finished.

Who you are

We are mainly looking for someone who enjoys practical work and preferably already has experience with facade-related activities.

In addition:

You preferably have experience with joint removal, facade cleaning, pointing, lead work and/or bricklaying
You are comfortable working at heights
You have a valid Category B driving licence
You have a VCA safety certificate, or you are willing to obtain one in the short term
You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week
You are service-oriented and work accurately
You are able to work both independently and as part of a team
You live in the Leeuwarden region or are willing to work there.
Extensive experience in facade renovation is a strong advantage.
