What will you do?

You’ll be joining a young, fresh, and growing team made up of fellow machine operators, print operators, and our technical service team. While your print colleagues take care of printing the base material, you and your fellow Machine Operators are responsible for turning that material into the final product.

Sounds pretty standard? We think we know what makes your day as a Machine Operator truly special:No two days are the same: from placing semi-finished products into the machine, adjusting settings to form the cups, packing the cups, checking quality, to testing with test fluids.
A relaxed and supportive atmosphere where we trust your expertise and think along with you about where you’ll shine best.
Our own in-house print shop with both printing and cup-forming machines. Together, we make sure the machines run smoothly so we can stay on track with the daily schedule.

No night or weekend shifts—instead, you’ll work in a two-shift system: a morning shift and an afternoon/evening shift, for a total of 38 hours per week.

Who you are

Can you answer “yes” to the following questions?

Do you have experience as an operator?
Do you have experience setting up machines in a production environment?
Do you have technical knowledge and experience solving minor malfunctions?
Do you speak Dutch or English?

Where will you work

We are CUPSZ! A young, dynamic, and modern digital printing company based in Tilburg. We help our customers boost their brand visibility by printing on cardboard cups, salad bowls, and other food packaging. To meet the growing demand, we’ve entered into a new partnership, expanded our machinery, and doubled our production facility. That’s why we’re looking for you to join us as a Machine Operator!
